As summer comes to an end, most of our heritage hens naturally slow down their egg production and begin their moult. While a few hens that started laying later in the season may still be producing, their output is not sufficient to offer single-breed bundles. For the time being, we will be offering most of our eggs as a pot luck mix until the end of the season.

We expect our hens will resume laying around Aug/Sep 2025.
Breed-specific eggs will be available once fertility has been confirmed.
